The 1st Prophetic Words Spoken Into My Life, May 1st 2020
On Friday May 1st 2020, I was taking part in a Friday evening multi-country worship event on Zoom, featuring different pastors and worshippers from various countries.
During the evening Pastor Lade and Pastor Patricia, who I hadn’t had any previous engagement with although I was aware of them, came on together. After sharing a few words, they began to speak prophetically in to peoples lives. Since giving my life to Jesus in June 2019, this was the 1st time I was witnessing the gift of prophecy being demonstrated in a live environment.
As I was watching and listening, suddenly my name was called out by Pastor Lade and I began to audio record what came next…
Pastor Lade begins worshipping, singing a song Blessed Assurance that I hadn’t heard before, and then she began speaking by the Holy Spirit…
This is a story of blessed assurance, Jesus is mine. I have seen the rough journey. You are like a mountaineer. The terrain was rough, but you kept climbing anyway. You are a fighter anyway. The enemy tried to break you and to destroy you and to destroy all your possessions, but the Lord says No, for I have a use for you, and my hand is big upon your life, and you will speak over nations. Nations will come bowing down to me because of you. You will be like a Billy Graham for your generation.
You may say to me “But how Lord, how is this going to be?” and I say that in the fullness of time I will bring it to pass, and I will restore that which the enemy stole from you. I will restore that which is already broken. There is a broken piece, I can see, like a heart broken. I can see the enemy trying to wedge in to your life and destroy it, but the Lord says that I have also come to bring you abundance of life, and you are going to laugh the last laugh. I have given you laughter.
The enemy wants you to cry, it wants you to despair, it wants you to be depressed, it wants to oppress you, but I say No, in all of these things I have risen, I have pulled you out of that mess. I have pulled you out of darkness. I have pulled you out of the miry clay and I have set your feet on the solid rock.
You are a soldier in the army of God. You are a soldier in the army of God and you are going to bring many to Christ. I can see many souls crying out “We need somebody”. Their souls are crying out like little birds that are hungry for their mother, to bring food, and you are the one who will be that fisher of men, that I have called in this hour, to bring souls to Christ.
Lay hands on your children and prophecy over them. Prophecy over them. Speak over them, and the words that you speak, they will become life over your children, for I say that my hand is even over these little ones, and I will perfect that which concerns you.
Paul I can hear roaring laughter in the realm of the spirit, and the enemy is wondering “why is he laughing? He doesn’t have any reason to laugh.” But I the Lord says I am the one who has given you laughter. You will not be disappointed. I have put my angels in place to watch over you, and as the mountains surround Jerusalem, so do I surround you with my favour.
“Unusual favour is coming your way. Restoration come, even in this hour” says the Lord
Then Pastor Patricia begins to speak by the Holy Spirit
Paul I just heard the Lord say “I have made you a light in dark places. I have made you a light in dark places. So let your light shine bright, let it shine bright so that all may see. Your light will penetrate darkness” I hear the Spirit of the Lord say, “It will penetrate darkness.”
Following giving other people on the Zoom fellowship prophetic words, Pastor Lade begins speaking into my life once more by the Holy Spirit
Paul your words are powerful, so the Lord says “Get scriptures. The Holy Spirit will give you those scriptures, and speak them, because your words are powerful, they are creative. What you speak is what you will see. So when you say “God spoke to darkness and it became light”, that is how powerful the Word is. When God speaks it goes to do what it says it to do, and it will not even doubt at all.
Those same words, when you take them from the Word of God, and when you shoot them like an arrow into every disappointment, you will see that God has already opened those doors ready for you.
And the Lord gave me the scripture in Psalms 68 for you. It says “Sing to God, sing praises to his name, exalt Him who rides on the clouds. By His name joy and rejoice before Him. A Father of the fatherless, a defender of widows, is God in His Holy habitation. God sets the solitary in families. You are that rock that God has set in your family.
And the Lord is saying to me to say to you that “Be careful what you say, because your words are so powerful you can’t afford to say negative things, you can’t even afford to get angry and just miss a word. You can’t. Those words are very powerful that come out of your mouth. And the Lord is saying “I have given you the power on your tongue.” And so therefore I plead the blood of Jesus over you and over your tongue.
The Lord will renew your tongue, and you will speak a word in season to them that are weary. There is restoration here. There was some fragmentation here, but God is showing you the restoration. He is putting all the pieces back together again. It’s all coming together, and the Lord says “Just trust me. I am working it together for your good, and all things will work together for the good of them that love the Lord and are called according to His purpose. The Lord says I should say to you that “You are called according to my purpose, and I will not fail in what I have completed in the heavenlies for you. I will not disappoint you. I will not fail you.
Some things I allowed so that you can be built up, so that you can be strong, and you can be resilient, but this is the hour of your great turnaround, this is the hour of the change. You are at the junction of change in your life, and you will see that I am relentless. I will not allow the enemy to put you out, I will not allow the enemy to put you to shame, I will not allow the enemy to disgrace you. The enemy wants to disgrace you, put you to shame. Make you feel like less of yourself, but our Lord says “NO! I have lifted you out of that mess, I have lifted you out and you will see your coming in to that blossoming. You are blossoming in the realm of the Spirit, and just continue to give Him praise, all the disappointment of the past is over. The Lord has disgraced and put to shame all your enemies.”
The following day on another Zoom fellowship, Pastor Patricia speaks in to my life once again by the Holy Spirit
The Lord says I should say to Paul, “Paul, I have seen the cry of your heart, and even as Paul was an apostle in the Bible”, he says “So I named you Paul from your mother’s womb, because Paul, my hand is mighty upon you, and I will use you to preach the Gospel, and I will use you in the nations, I will use you to evangelise".
He says “Your path will be very different”. He says “Your journey will be very different, and some might not understand your journey or your path”, but He says “I the Lord, I the Lord am with you, I the Lord am for you, I the Lord Paul I have ordained you, I have anointed you”.
He says listen, He says “Your growth Paul”, He says “Your growth is going to be so rapid. I sense a, a quickness, a quickening, it’s going to be a quick growth, you’re going to eat the Word and eat the Word and eat the Word. There’s going to be such a yearning and a hunger and a desire for the things of God”, He says “Yes”, I hear the word for you Paul “Acceleration”, He says “I am accelerating that which I am doing in your life.”
Thank You Holy Spirit, Lord I just thank You for Paul right now. Lord I bless You for Paul’s life now, and I ask You to just fill him to the overflow. I pray for protection, I pray that he will be able to stand the darts that the enemy throws at him. I pray he will be bold and strong. I thank You that You have made him a forerunner, Paul the Lord says “I have made you a forerunner in this generation, and for your family”. Thank You Holy Spirit, thank You Lord.
