Are You Truly Willing & Ready To Follow What My First Disciples Did, Asks The Lord?
My beloved child, you know that my Word tells you that if you truly want to be one of my disciples, you need to deny yourself. You need to pick up your cross daily and follow me. My Word tells you that if you try to cling to your life, you will lose it, but if you lose your life for my sake, you will find life.
My beloved child, your purpose on earth is to be one of my disciples.
I created you. I formed you. I knitted you together. I brought you forth on the day you were born. I have sustained your very existence to bring you to a place where you truly begin to live your life worthy of the calling with which you have received.
My question to you now, is what are you willing to do for me and for your brothers and sisters?
Are you willing to be my hands and feet upon the earth?
Are you willing to tell complete strangers about me, about my love for them, about what I did on the cross for them?
How far are you willing to go for me?
How much of the things of the world are you willing to let go of in order to be one of my disciples?
Are you truly willing and ready to follow what my first disciples did?
Are you willing to open your home to a fellow disciple?
Are you willing to share your possessions with your fellow disciples?
Are you willing to give up the things that you own?
What are you prepared to let go off?
What are you prepared to surrender?
How are you prepared and willing to live in order to be one of my disciples, in order for you to do what I'm calling you to do?
Remember, serve only me, the Lord your God, and fear me alone. Obey my commands. Listen to my voice and cling only to me. For if you cling to your life, you will lose it. And if you let your life go, you will save it.
My plans for your life are plans for good and not for disaster to give you a future and a hope.
Live your life worthy of the calling that you have received, and that is to be one of my disciples.
Remember it is a sin to know what you ought to do and then not do it.
My beloved child, do not be lukewarm, neither cold nor hot, or I will vomit you out of my mouth.
I have put my Spirit into you, and greater is the spirit that is in you than the spirit that is in the world, and you can do, and you will do all things through me the Lord your God who gives you strength.
